The Reunion 2012 (aka "Free Fish Day")..

So every year we have "Free Fish Day" with the Slade's. It started out being "Free Fish Day", because we actually went fishing on that day...for free. Ever since then, we have referred to it as "Free Fish Day", but we don't go fishing, and it's not ON "Free Fish Day". So it's not really "Free Fish Day"...but it actually is. Make sense?

So this year for "Free Fish Day", it was Ryan and Bonnie's turn to plan it and we went to Elberta to the Mosida Lodge. It's so much fun to get together with everyone. We don't get to see each other as often as we used to, so it's time that we really look forward to and cherish. The kids love getting to spend time with all their cousins..they love them all!!!

We also got to on a short trek with handcarts. We stopped about halfway through the trek for some snacks and to hear some stories of our pioneer ancestors...Mary Jane Western was one of them. It was my favorite part of the reunion..
